Digital Marketing Manager
- Manage social media across 4 crypto/Web3 brands — Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn
- Plan and run launch campaigns, growth initiatives, and partnerships
- Submit projects to crypto listings (CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap)
- Create marketing content — graphics, copy, video teasers
- Coordinate with influencers/KOLs and report on growth metrics
- 2+ years in social media, community, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit
- Understanding of crypto/Web3 projects and community dynamics
- Strong copywriting and analytical skills
- Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Metricool
Operations Coordinator
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate calls, demos, and team standups
- Maintain task trackers, meeting notes, and documentation
- Quality-check deliverables before launches
- Manage invoicing, scheduling, and client communication
- 2+ years in operations, project coordination, or EA roles
- Expert with tools like Linear, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-timezone with global clients
- Proactive problem-solver who works independently
